Haiyang Ai was a translator on a large project involving software and networks.  He worked very well in a team: he and his fellow translator on this project collaborated often and worked diligently to solve any problems together.  This project took several wrong turns, such as improper display of Chinese characters and tag issues, but he helped to put the project back on its right course.  He knew the subject matter well and was also knowledgeable of the technology involved.  He delivered a quality translation on time and had a positive attitude throughout this project.
